ICMEC Australia Symposium 2025: Convergence

November 6 @ 9:00 am - 5:00pm

About the event

We are proud to present our third major annual event in Sydney, the ICMEC Australia Symposium 2025: Convergence.

From digital child trafficking to financial sexual extortion, child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) can intersect with business operations in ways that many companies may not realise. More than one in four Australians have experienced child sexual abuse (ACMS, 2023), and the misuse of technology is accelerating this silent pandemic, demanding a whole-of-system response.

This one-day in-person event will unite leaders from across the child protection response system to focus on a shared goal: supporting and empowering business professionals who detect, report, prosecute, and prevent CSEA. Attendees will hear from experts in the public and private sectors, showcasing the latest intelligence, solutions, and strategies across product design, social impact, risk management, financial crime, and more.

To ensure we can continue driving impact in the child protection space, ICMEC Australia’s Symposium 2025 will be a paid, ticketed event.
