Doug Boudry is a consultant who specialises in the development of emerging technologies, building strategies and helping to drive collaboration efforts across government, academia, private industry and the community. He has over 25 years law enforcement experience with the Australian Federal Police and was a recipient of the Australian Police Medal in 2024. Doug joined the ICMEC Australia Board in 2025 as part of his ongoing commitment to protecting children and ensuring a safer future for all Australians.
Jodie Arthur is the General Manager of Financial Crime at Westpac and Group MLRO, based in Melbourne (Australia). Jodie joined Westpac in 2020 following her role as Regional Head of Financial Crime Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank, based in Singapore. Prior to this Jodie spent 12.5 years at ANZ Bank in a variety of roles spanning Internal Audit, Compliance and Financial Crime and also worked for a number of years with E&Y in London, UK.
Jeremy Moller is a risk advisory lawyer based in Sydney. He has over 15 years' experience working in Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand as a lawyer specialising in anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing and international sanctions. Jeremy is experienced in dealing with a range of regulators both in Australia and overseas, including the Australian Transaction and Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC).
Jeremy is a member of the Law Council of Australia’s AML/CTF Working Group, the NSW Law Society AML/CTF Working Group, the NSW Law Society Ethics Committee and is on the Advisory Board of the Australasian Chapter of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS).
Melissa is a recognised industry expert in modern slavery, business and human rights, and responsible investment. For more than 24 years, she has held senior advisory roles and full-time positions globally with the United Nations, Australian and international governments, ASX-listed companies, and not-for-profits, including as Head of Trafficking in Persons & Child Protection at World Vision Australia.
Throughout her career, Melissa has been deeply involved in human trafficking prevention, fundraising, and advocacy for human rights. She has advised governments in Australia and internationally on legislative and policy responses to modern slavery, the exploitation of children, and broader business and human rights issues. In the private sector, she has guided organisations on responsible operations, ethical investment, and sustainable supply chains.
Most recently, Melissa worked with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Woolworths, and Australian insurance company IAG, serving as a senior expert across key business units, including legal, capital markets, M&A, risk, human resources, and procurement. She is a Compliance Committee Member for Alphinity Investment's sustainable funds. A qualified lawyer with advanced human rights law and international development degrees, Melissa holds a BA in International Development Studies and an LLB (JD equivalent) from the University of British Columbia. Before transitioning into advisory roles, she practised as a corporate lawyer in Canada and Thailand. In recognition of her contributions to combatting modern slavery, she was awarded the Freedom Award in 2013 by Anti-Slavery Australia.
