Jodie Arthur is the General Manager of Financial Crime at Westpac and Group MLRO, based in Melbourne (Australia). Jodie joined Westpac in 2020 following her role as Regional Head of Financial Crime Compliance at Standard Chartered Bank, based in Singapore. Prior to this Jodie spent 12.5 years at ANZ Bank in a variety of roles spanning Internal Audit, Compliance and Financial Crime and also worked for a number of years with E&Y in London, UK.
Colm Gannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital safety, cybercrime investigations, and software development. With 20 years in law enforcement, he has been involved in national and international investigations and prosecutions relating to online harms, child sexual exploitation, violent extremism and harmful online communication.
His focus on protecting the vulnerable has continued into his extensive technical development career. He is currently a Product Manager with Rigr AI, where he is involved the software development process and is responsible for policy development, including child protection, privacy impact assessment, legal and ethical assessments for AI/machine learning.
Jon Rouse is one of the world’s most recognised and influential figures in the fight against child sexual exploitation. He has 39 years’ law enforcement experience with QPS, 26 of those years spent leading Task force Argos. He accepted the ‘Champion for Children’ Award in 2018 from ICMEC and was awarded the QLD Australian of the Year in 2019. He is the recipient of numerous QLD and National Police Awards and is the ambassador for several Australian Child Protection organisation. Jon joined the ICMEC Australia Board in December 2022 as part of his continued commitment to protecting and saving children from sexual exploitation and abuse.
